Jewelry will ship in 1-4 days if in stock. Custom engraving will take about 1 week to ship and custom Baybayin can take 6 weeks. Clothing will take about 2-4 days to ship. NOTE: Covid-19 has slowed down production of our clothing service so expect a slightly longer processing time for clothing.
Please be aware that the pandemic has caused delays in many of the postal services around the world. Normal transit times are 1-6 weeks with 1 week being typical. However, please be patient and understand it can take longer. We price everything very affordable but leaves us with little funds to reship a 2nd package internationally. Thus we please ask customers to be patient and wait a maximum of 2 months for items to arrive before contacting us.
Also please be aware that your local postal service may charge you a customs/duty tax which we have no control over. Not every customer is charged this but please do not make a purchase unless you are ok with the possibility of being charged an additional customs/duty tax. Customers are fully responsible for paying for any customs/duty taxes they may incur.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as engraved pieces and custom name and Baybayin jewelry). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. Return the item at your earliest convenience and once we receive it, we will issue you a refund less any shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
