Notice to our International Customers

Transit Times:

For our international customers who are considering to buy something from our shop, we want to emphasize that due to Covid, transit times are extremely unpredictable.  I like to warn customers of a maximum time of 2 months to arrive.  However, many customers have given us feed back that they are receiving it well before this time frame.  But please anticipate a possible worse case scenario of 2 months before purchasing.  I also would NOT recommend upgrading to priority or express shipping since the costs are extremely pricey.  In addition, feedback on the internet is that the upgrades are still delayed.

Duty/Customs Fees:

Please anticipate the POSSIBILITY of being charged a customs or duty fee.  This is uncontrollable and is the responsibility of the customer.  We will not be refunding any orders if items get sent back to us for lack of customs fee payment. Your local postal service will hold your package for about 15-30 days (check with your country for exact time frames) before shipping it back to us.

Worldwide Shipping:

Due to the ever changing landscape of the postal services around the world due to Covid, we are limiting shipments to countries where there is demand AND the postal service is running relatively normal.  If we don't ship to your country, please contact us so we can look into your local postal services and open your country up for orders.

Germany:

Germany has unique (and very strict) packaging laws that are required for sellers to ship items there.  We are in the process of trying to fully understand all the requirements before we open up shipping to Germany.
